I was reading this on the InformationWeek site.
It was to do with CIO's and their view of cloud computing. You will know, if you have read my posts that I have some strong views on this subject.
Anyway..
This was their view...."Optimistic Caution".. my read... this is a recipe for inertia.
A sales guy I used to work with called this sort of attitude a GrinF&*$.
No wonder IT has become the "Department of NO"
