The route they take will be interesting to watch. Not just because RightNow (the company I work for is the RightNow reseller in NZ) is mentioned as a potential target!.
This will be a pivot point for Saas/Cloud based software.
Will they continue to invest in smart startups with innovative tech or will they try to consolidate the market to increase their yield...?
It will show what is REALLY on the mind of Mark Benioff, and give us an insight into how Salesforce is tracking.
Will be interesting to watch.
