Great video on Entrepreneurship

I have been lucky to have spent a lot of time with Greg Gianforte. As a result of starting the RightNow practice in NZ.

This is a video of him speaking about the concept of bootstrapping and it's importance to businesses in the start up phase.

This idea has been central to the creation of a new R&D philosphy in my company that is really paying dividends...my view...start up businesses or new products...got to find the customer first!

I especially like the bit about it being heretical to traditional business thinking...that means we might be on to something...;-)
