Awesome explanation... couldn't have done it as well myself... but I think he had help from the guys at Commoncraft... I have posted before on these guys.. they are awesome.
I work for a company that describes itself as a Communications Management business. As such these advances are critically important for us to understand and particpate in. The great news is that this is EXACTLY the picture we have and are building toward... very exciting.
