Great mantra for Great Customer Experience

Had a session with a mate of mine who is a CX guru in NZ.

His company use this great mantra...

"Best-in-class that can be integrated beats 2nd-in-class that is already integrated"

How many times to companies just add on the next module to their core system and think it is getting them anywhere.

"...the only way to deliver best-in-class CX is with best-in-class tools..." notice he did not say "most expensive"
